ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I attended North Cobb High School and earned my marketing degree from West Georgia College. I’ve been married to my wife Debbie for 27 years, and we have three daughters who keep us busy with activities—especially softball games. Our family loves spending time outdoors, whether that’s camping, hiking, horseback riding, or enjoying time at the lake. We also have a nearby farm where we ride ATVs, and I’m an avid hunter who especially enjoys off-roading in my CJ7 Jeep. I also serve on the board for Fellowship of Christian Athletes and enjoy cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs whenever I can.

Our agency is a small but close-knit team of five, and that strong sense of family carries into our office culture. We work together, support each other, and rely on teamwork to create a positive and productive environment.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Jason Davidson - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
  • Assist with customer retention strategies.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in customer service preferred.
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
